I called to ask about a dog cone and about hours or operations. Tiana (I think was her name) was amazing. she brought the cone to the front and kept it at the desk for my doggie. She looked threw the store and helped me any way need be. I cannot leave my house cause my doggie is really sick and she was so accommodating my friend walked in and she had everything ready for her. I just wanna show her my thanks !

Love this Pet store! Great staff who really care about their animals. The touch tanks housed rabbits, hamsters, birds, and ferrets that you can pet, hold, and interact with. Such sweet animals! Most of them were extremely friendly and not scared of people trying to touch them. You can tell the staff interact with the animals often and handle them gently. Marcus the parrot I believe was his name and breed, was so sweet and friendly! He loved to climb on your finger and be talked to. He didn't talk back often, but he would say a word or two! I love visiting the animals there! They also had cats for adoption in the front that were very sweet and beautiful.
