Been buying dog food from Petland in Fort Walton Beach off Mary Esther cut off for about 10 years on and off. They have a deal where you buy 10 bags of dog food you get the 11th free. I went in today about 1:45 PM and just so happens they have no record of my purchases anymore after telling us 3 weeks ago when we bought a bag that we were up to 7 bags. Now it’s showing 1 bag . Pretty sure somehow my account got deleted when we had the lady at register change the phone number last transaction.

The owner Glen has been in contact with us and made things right. We went into the store today and Karen was very helpful she assisted us with getting our bag of dog food and was very knowledgeable about all the different brands. We will be back

I love coming here, the staff and customer service is always excellent. The animals inside always look well fed and well treated.
